Dear Neighbors:
Our annual HOA meeting will be on January 4, 2026, 10:00 a.m., at my house at 220 Glen Eagles Drive.
We have had, thankfully, an uneventful year. There have been no maintenance issues with our entrance sprinkler or electrical system. Our only expenditures this year have been with the monthly water and electrical bills, as well as our HOA website fees. We got a $1500 water billed charged off by JCUA that accumulated when our sprinkler system was broken right after they installed the meter. It took a couple years to get it done, but many thanks to our Supervisor Randy Bosarge who pled our case to the JCUA board.
I am going to close the P.O. box as it is a chore to go check the box and an unnecessary expenditure. If you drop your checks off here or mail them, it is one less thing for me to do.
Here are the 2024 figures. The bank statements and checkbook are available for inspection at the HOA meeting or anytime anyone wishes to have a look.
